Preparing for Your Meeting:
We offer the option to meet virtually via Google Meet. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your ideas, hopes, and wishes in detail. Once we have a clear understanding of the project scope, the designer will provide a plan and estimates. Please note that the frequency and duration of meetings will influence the final price of the commissioned piece.
To make the most of your time with us, the more details you can provide about your vision, the better. Feel free to share any visual inspirations or describe your ideas verbally. Keep in mind that commissioning custom jewelry will generally cost more than purchasing ready-made pieces, so having realistic expectations is important.
Getting Started:
When you’re ready to proceed, we will require a design and development non-refundable fee of $350. This fee covers the creation of drawings and/or 3D model and includes stone sourcing. Once the prototype(s) are approved, a 50% deposit will be required to complete the work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For gemstones valued at $5000 or more, full payment is required upfront.
Pricing:
Our starting prices are CAD$1500 for gold pieces and $400 for silver pieces. Please note that pricing depends on various factors, once the form is filled out I will provide you with a more accurate estimate. Due to the nature of the gold market, estimates may change from the time of the initial meeting until the project is completed.
Timeline:
You can expect your completed piece around 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. Additional time and fees may be necessary for sourcing rare materials, conducting extensive research, or making multiple design adjustments.
