Canada Shipping:
$15-$25 depending on location, 

via Canada Post/UPS with track numbers. Delivery takes 1-15 business days.

USA Shipping:
$15-$30 depending on location, 

via Canada Post/UPS with track numbers. Delivery takes 5-15 business days.

International Shipping:
$25-$85 depending on location, 

via Canada Post/UPS/PostNL with track numbers.

 Delivery takes 10-20 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping information is entered at checkout. Otherwise, they will be responsible for additional shipping charges should packages be returned.

In line with international shipping practices, duties and taxes are assessed by the importing country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All DiDA Jewelry are handmade to order, please understand and allow 7-14 days of production before shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or maybe the size doesn’t fit you perfectly, feel free to send us an email at hello@dida-jewelry.com and we can arrange an exchange or return for you.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings. All sale, engraved/customized/personalized and discounted items are final sale and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of Canada due to the complexities of international shipping, customs processes and logistics. All international sales outside of Canada are considered final sale.

Please consider shopping mindfully as most pieces are handmade to order and made specifically for you. We encourage you to review product descriptions, size charts, and any other relevant details carefully before placing an order. 

In order to be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be reflected on your refund amount. Worn, scratched, marked and artificial damaged pieces will not be accepted and DiDA Jewelry (Xiaorui Yang) has the right to deny and send back any items to sender which do not meet these conditions. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and Customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs. DiDA Jewelry (Xiaorui Yang) is not responsible for return merchandise if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However,  repairs are available for most items and may be subject to a fee, dependent upon the nature of the damage. An estimate of costs (inclusive of labor, materials, shipping/insurance) can be provided once received. 

 

Please submit inquiries via email to dida.jwl@gmail.com including images and a detailed description of the damage. If 7 days have gone by since you received your delivery, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Please email dida.jwl@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package and include your order number and photos of items you wish to return.
  2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and Customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs
  3. Once the item has been received back to us, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, you will receive your refund or store credit shortly after.

Please Note: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes that DiDA Jewelry (Xiaorui Yang) is not responsible for. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the products listed on the website, or shipping costs. 

We’d love to help you if your package is lost or stolen. However, DiDA Jewelry (Xiaorui Yang) is not responsible for packages once they are delivered.

Privacy

All personal information submitted to DiDA Jewelry is kept strictly confidential. We respect our clients’ privacy and therefore, it will not be shared. Your information will only be used for us to communicate with you, promote sales, or new designs if marketing is accepted.
